National Eucharistic Revival

Fostering a deeper devotion to the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist and aiming to renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with Jesus in the Eucharist.

The mission of the National Eucharistic Revival is to renew the Church by enkindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

The Bishops of the United States are calling for a three-year grassroots revival of devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. They believe that God wants to see a movement of Catholics across the United States, healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist—and sent out in mission “for the life of the world.”

The Eucharist is indeed Jesus Christ, and as Catholics, a gift that requires our response. But the world and society are changing, and so too, the faith of many of our brothers and sisters. As leaders in our parish - pastors, volunteers, catechists, and staff members - it is our responsibility to spread the gift of the Eucharist through teaching, preaching, and our actions.... invite the Holy Spirit to inspire us anew, to let Jesus Christ move our hearts through the Eucharist... and then to go out in our parishes and begin a revival of faith.
