Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Pre-K and K)

Children ages 4–5 (Grades Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten) are invited to participate in our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program, a Montessori-based approach to faith formation that nurtures each child’s personal relationship with Jesus, the Good Shepherd. The program takes place in a specially prepared environment called the Atrium, where children encounter Scripture and the liturgy through hands-on materials, presentations, prayer, and quiet reflection. This approach respects the child’s natural development and recognizes their capacity to enter into a deep and meaningful relationship with God. Through beautiful materials, thoughtful presentations, and the guidance of trained catechists, children are invited to discover the joy of God’s love and respond to Him through wonder, contemplation, and prayer.
