Now Hiring: Full-time Front Office / Administrative Assistant

Corpus Christi Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Front Office / Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for parishioners, visitors, and callers in the parish office.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment while supporting the daily operations of the parish office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Assisting with appointments and messages
  • Maintaining Mass intention records
  • Preparing sacramental certificates
  • Helping with parish records
  • Supporting staff
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks

The ideal candidate is an active, practicing Catholic in good standing with strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and a welcoming professional demeanor. Experience in administration or customer service is preferred.

The position is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
