First Eucharist

In the Diocese of Phoenix, First Eucharist AND Confirmation are received in the 3rd grade. You must have had one year of Catholic Education instruction before the 3rd grade in order to be eligible for Sacramental Preparation.
If your child is in a grade above 3rd grade and needs to prepare for either one of these sacraments, please see the CIC description.
Eucharist / Confirmation Dates
The following dates for Sacrament Masses have been approved from the Diocese:
- Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00pm
- Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 10:00am
A copy of a Certificate of Baptism is required at registration. Please also refer to the Confirmation section for more information and sacrament requirements.
