Christian Inititiation for Children (CIC)

This program is geared to two different types of children who are seeking to receive sacraments:

1. A child who is at least 7 years of age but not yet 18 years old, and has not been baptized into the Catholic Faith or for those who may have been baptized in another faith and who desire to become Catholic,
   OR
2. A child who is baptized Catholic, but is over the typical age for receiving other sacraments.

The Children's Initiation Program teaches the basic foundations of our faith.  It is a year long class, meeting once a week from September - April. These classes are clustered together based upon age, grade level and sacramental needs of the child. Reception of the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation will take place one week after Easter. The Mass has been scheduled for Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10am.
